Hi guys,
First "play" with the Brera's GTB2056V on my 130,000Km engine.
Figures on the dyno: 525Nm@2372rpm ( >490Nm@2100-3500rpm) ; 263cv@4316rpm
Expected figures on the road: 500Nm ; >280cv@4000-4600rpm
Mods to the car: turbo, FMIC, fuel radiator & 2010 OEM Sachs clutch (stock injection system).
Something crazy happened on the Rotronics dyno, the mass of air had a 7% loss around 4000rpm, and more than 12%@4600. The intake temperatures do not account for that (<42ºC@4000rpm ; <50ºC@4500). I guess it had something to do with the exhaust line temperature ...
That's why I expect around 280hp@4000 on the road, and probably 286@4600.
Boost was set for 2.0bar "all the way". This amazing turbo is able to deliver 3000mbar of absolute pressure just before 1900 rpms.
I've just figured why the maximum torque only "appears" 500rpms later, next step is to make 500Nm@1900-4000rpms.
I have AF=13.6 (lambda=0.940) all the way up to 4000rpm, so it is almost smokeless.
Regards,
Luis

I'm using a 2010 OEM Sachs clutch. I've got tired of uprated clutches and all vibrations it produces. Driving the car in transit - stop&go was a nightmare. My (2003 Valeo) stock clutch used to slip around 370-380M, so it was a great surprise that this clutch handles 500Nm, it vibrates a little bit around 400-420Nm then it simply "holds"!
I bought it has an OEM clutch. I was surprised in 2008 with the Astra 1.9CDTI, it's clutch also would take 480-490Nm on a MAHA. I guess sachs is upgrading all their clutches ...
