Talijani imaju namjeru u karbonsku monocoque konstrukciju ugraditi motor s vi\u0161e od 700 KS. S tako raspolo\u017eivom snagom nova Alfa Romeo 8C trebala bi s mjesta do brzine 100 km\/h ubrzati znatno br\u017ee od 3 sekunde. \u0160to se ti\u010de dizajna, tu bi bilo pomaka u prednjem kraju, jer bi trebao do\u0107i jako kratki prednji poklopac motora, a vjetrobran bi bio neuobi\u010dajeno pomaknut znatno vi\u0161e naprijed. Staklene povr\u0161ine, s boka gledano, bile bi jako minimizirane, jer ima nisku siluetu i nagla\u0161eni kupe oblik s kosim stra\u017enjim nosa\u010dima krova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Osim samog dizajna Alfiste najvi\u0161e vjerujemo zanima kakav motor \u0107e se ugra\u0111ivati. Pa izbor \u0107e biti izme\u0111u V6 i V8 motora, no jedno je sigurno bit \u0107e marke Ferrari. Twin-turbo motor bit \u0107e postavljen centralno i pokretat \u0107e stra\u017enje kota\u010de, no prednji par kota\u010da pokretat \u0107e elektromotori. To bi uz pomo\u0107 elektromotora na prednjim kota\u010dima moglo dati ukupnu raspolo\u017eivu snagu oko 700 KS. Kao alternativa, spominje se i budu\u0107a najnovija generacija twin-turbo V8 motora koja bi radila isto u hibridnoj suradnji s elektromotorima na prednjim kota\u010dima. Pokretao ga je 4,7 V8 Ferrari motor najve\u0107e snage 450 KS i najve\u0107eg okretnog momenta 480 Nm. Za ubrzanje s mjesta do brzine 100 km\/h trebao je 4,2 sekunde, a potegao je do najve\u0107e brzine 292 km\/h. U svoje vrijeme kao novi ko\u0161tao je 160.000 eura. Godine 2008. pojavila se Spider verzija po cijeni od 212.000 eura.
